Sales Support Specialist

The role of Sales Support Specialist is to support the sales team and respond to the client /prospect queries. We are looking for an experienced team member who has knowledge of sales and customer service. You should be a taskmaster and have exceptional communication/ coordination skills. You will also contribute to build and retain good customer relationships and also ensure smooth sales team operations.


  • Handling sales tracking tools and keeping the data updated and accurate with minimal time lag
  • Reporting and publishing pipeline and sales KPI metrics on a regular basis
  • Attend and document the MOM’s for internal and external meetings
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the functional workings and features of Think Analytics products and be able to respond primary queries and loop in experts for detailed inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams w.r.t. to proposals, pricing quotes, scope of work, legal, contracting, invoicing, payments and KPI measurement
  • Coordinate with Sales & Product Teams for creation of content for Marketing
  • Assist in coordination during participation in webinars and industry events


  • Experience as a Sales support associate or Sales support specialist
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • More than average proficiency of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Any Graduation
  • Strong communication & Coordination skills
